You will get a Sketch, photos,materials and email or DM discussion and Estimate of materials and construction costs for one costume slot for Halloween 2023. Slots will be assigned a two week time frame in order of purchase.
The $50 fee is NOT RETURNABLE* but will be applied to final price for your order. Material may cost more depending on style..If you choose not to go forward with your costume , there is no refund. You are buying the consultation.
🎃We will create couture level Kids Costumes/Cosplay clothing, accessories,etc....You will be given a written estimate via email of all costs. Should you decide to proceed and order the costume, the Estimate will be turned into an invoice and can be paid in 2-3 payments prior to completion. Klarna AVAILABLE for costume construction costs!
🎩Most costumes run around $200 each and NO CODES can be used on custom orders ! 😆
Here is a break down of price estimates on different clothing items:

Shirt- $40-60
Hoodie- $60-90
Shorts or skirts-$55-75 +
Pants-$50-90+
Dresses- $100-150+

Price will be based on difficulty level, time creating patterns, size etc ..

We will create a one of a kind costume or bespoke outfit for you of your choice, additional fees will be billed via contract. 👑You decide your theme,style,etc....imagination is unlimited. 🎩
We can often create prop weapons,hats,clothing, jewelry and other accessories 🍁

Please prepare up to 3 photos of possible costume or outfit ideas, as well as an email describing the costume, who it is for and size information. Fill out the sizing chart and email it to Steampunkwolf520@gmail.com within 1 week.

The shop will respond with sketches, further questions and fabric ideas. This is for an ORIGINAL costume and is exclusive for the buyer.
We do not do exact copies of any licensed characters, we do costumes that capture the essence of the character. We also do not do Tutus or metal work like armor! But can recommend several shops for your tutu creations.
If you are interested in SIMPLE ADULT costumes, please ask before purchasing the slot. It's very hard to do adult items without in person fittings.
Please be very specific in the style,colors or character items required!
My rate for construction is $20+ per hour. Average costume is 10-12 hours!
Measurements, photos, text required within 5 days of purchase. If not, a 24 hour notice will be given before the listing is released to the next person on the waiting list.

Waist-aprox 2 inches above naval at natural waistline and not around the hips or lower please
Hips-fullest part of bottom
Back waist=neck base or level with shoulder to natural waist
Length-waist to knee from natural waist or waist to floor, see email with exact length needed for your order
