Thank you for shopping with us! 

Can I return or cancel my order?

No returns unless item is physically different than expected. Our handmade process starts the day you order!

Returns for other items that are NOT custom made will be accepted if the item size or style is incorrect due to shop error if notified in 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.  A return label will be provided and correct item sent. Please ship RETURN back within 3 days. If your item becomes damaged after shipping and needs a repair, you can contact the shop for return info .We will repair the item to the best if our ability. The shop will pay to return it to the customer. However, we do not pay for sending your item to us for repair. 

Errors due to customer ordering incorrectly are not eligible for return UNLESS it is NOT A CUSTOM ITEM such as sunglasses. Shop Credit will be issued less a restocking fee of 20-50% and postage costs are not refundable. 

SEZZLE ORDERS are no longer available due to their fee increase. We now offer KLARNA. 

Do you take custom orders for items not in your shop?

Yes! We can do many different items and have 40 years of experience in costuming and clothing design. Just ask us!

How many codes can I use in my order?

Only 1 Code Per Order

No Refunds for forgetting to use the CODE and telling the shop after the order was place! NO EXCEPTIONS!

How is my order shipped?

Shipping Info-All shipping is done via USPS unless otherwise arranged. Once an order ships out, you will need to contact USPS for further information on your delivery. We ship from Ogden, Utah

Insurance is included on orders over $100. Please request insurance otherwise. First Class mail has no insurance. Free shipping is First Class. 

Can I track my order? 

Yes! You will get an email via Shopify at shipment and again on delivery. You can also check in your account at anytime. 

What is your Turn around time?

Each listing has it's own TAT. In general if it is something small like gloves, we can ship faster if you contact us first. LARGE orders will need additional time. ( add 1 week per clothing item over 2)

During Shop Closures,no orders will be started until we open. TAT starts when we open and is not counted during closures such as Christmas. 

 

Turn Around Time-is 6+ weeks on custom items due to their handmade nature. Backordered items can be up to 1-2 months OR LONGER due to supply shortages caused by COVID19

Why do you need measurements?

 Measurements are HELPFUL on all custom items FOR A GREAT FIT, but not required.Please provide required measurements in a timely manner via email to shorten your TAT.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Klarna, Amazon Pay and Paypal

What do I do if my order arrives damaged, missing items or is LOST in transit?

To request a return or report a shipping loss/issue, please email us at steampunkwolf520@gmail.com  or steampunkwolfkidz@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, include pictures of your item, including the packaging. We will help you file an insurance claim and replace lost/damaged items. All returns must be sent back within 3 days, in exact condition as received with all tags, packaging ,etc.... NO Returns on used merchandise or damaged merch.
